Silicawater.in is reseller of artisanal silicon rich waters, there is no relevant BIS category hence no ISI certification could be sought.

Any product or promotion of a product on the Service are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in any other way associated with, Facebook. Facebook has no control over Content, Contributions or other information and opinion expressed via the Service.

Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products

We ship throughout India, using Shiprocket and Pickrr as our preferred shipping partners. Orders are shipped within 5 working days of order receipt, and usually takes 7 days to reach, travel times will change depending upon location and busy periods like Diwali, Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.

If a shipment is damaged on delivery, it is the duty of the receiver to take acceptable quality pictures and videos of the shipment to be considered for refund or replacement. Silicawater.in does not bear the risk of damage during transit and does not automatically assure a return or refund, those will be decided on a case by case basis.

Silicawater.in only accepts pre-paid orders, Cash on Delivery orders are not available at this time.

Return & Refund Policy

Return of product is only permitted with approval from Silicawater.in. Refund or Return is allowed only due to delivery related damages, once carton is opened no return can be done based on product quality. Delivery damages will need to be reported to Silicawater.in within 24 hours of delivery, with appropriate quality pictures and videos demonstrating damage. Silicawater.in does not bear the risk of damage during transit and does not automatically assure a return or refund, those will be decided on a case by case basis.
